edit abilities

i've been trying to edit Veleya;s abilities a bit to see if she could jump now, or pick up stuff without the whole character being stuck all the sudden, but still no use, i don't wanna go try all day editing those abilities can someone tell me IF it's possible to get the female models{veleya,etc} to be able to pick up weapons? even attack? just like any other normal NPC can do that the player can posses????would be awesome to have a female warrior

I've never been able to get the females to do anything other than their usual. There's also a zone they can exist in. Go out of it and everyone will seem to want to kill you/her.
