Looking for trainers in chapter 4

I'm using one-handed weapons, and when I started chapter 4 there was a guy who trained that at the entrance to the valley. At the time I had 2 learning points, and now that I have 50 I can't find the guy anywhere....where did he go?

Also, I had a look at a german faq, and it said something about dragon blood...is there a guy somewhere that can teach me to extract that? or doesn't that work for a paladin?

you mean hokurn the sword master well go to the bridge in front of the castle so that you face it now jump right in the water and swim up after a while you should see a waterfall go of the water to your left and now you should see the dragon hunters and also hokurn

the person who can teach you to take dragonblood is gestath you find him
on the way to the stone dragon where the firelizards are stay right on that mountain he is under a rock ledge
