Learning dragon skin and blood?

Hi

i am in chapter 4.. killed 2 dragons.. (the swamp one and the ice dragon).. but the dragon hunters wont teach me how to take dragon blood or scales.. I tryed talked to every one .. (by the river in the cave towards teh ice regions) and no one offeres to teach me any thing.. other than sword fighthing.... am i talking whit the wrong guys or?...

yes, you are talking to the wrong people, the guy who can teach you, is at the stone dragon.
when you go to the stone dragon, before you go to the lizard men, go a little to the left, there are two men there. one is Gorn, and the other can teach you.
