Dragomir and Forbidden Pasture quests

OK, Found the(?) crossbow in the mountains by a tree but the dialog with Dragomir doesn't change and did Bengar a favor, I think, ie killed miltia, but also don't get a dialog about letting Baltazar use his pasture. Am I doing these quests wrong or are they broken?

Wrong crossbow I suspect, his is not by a tree, but in the stone circle. Hound Bengar then Balthazar.

The name of Dragmir's crossbow will be "Dragomirs crossbow". Otherwise it is just a simple crossbow. If you are learning crossbow skills you should keep Dragomir's crossbow earlier in the game until you find a better one.

I also had problems with high pastures quest in chapter one, but when i moved to chapter 2, the quest was solvable. I guess this is how it's supposed to be.
You'll find Dragomir's crossbow in the place where you find eye of innos (circle of the sun).
