dragonhunter armor

I am chapter 2 doing the quest: report of the mines. I would like to know in wich chapter I can get the dragonhunters armor. Not to much spoilers if possible,also do you need to have completed a certain quest? One other question cause I'm sick of posting stuff that has been asked for a million times already. Can someone tell me a fast way to search for a toppic?
