Orc Village - Temple Question

I have entered the Orc Village having killed everyone on a previous visit including the three Shamens. I have looted all the chests but have reached a gate where it says "This lever wont move at all".

What do I do next to get in the Temple?

1. There's a cave, with some chests. In one of the chests is a teleportating-scroll.
2. Use telekensis-scroll to get a thing from the top of the totem. A helmet with spikes. Now go the door and it'll open.

You can enter the temple by using one of the teleportation scrolls you found just before you came to the temple gate area. You can also use telekinesis to get the idol from the top of the piller. Pull the lever again, once you have the idol and the gate will open.
