Who r teaching One-handed weapons skill above 90 (merc)???
Cord (or whatever his name was) cant teach me above 90 in one handed weapons ,Lee can teach only 2 handed weapons....so who can teach me ? (chapter 3 or 4 ,this one when u must kill the dragons)

In the old world, near the path back to the new world, you'll find a group of dragonhunters. Be nice to them and one of them can train your sword skills. He goes up to 100. This is in ch. 4. I don't think it goes higher.

If you don't find the dragonhunters there, look in a cave near the ice area. It's by a swamp where there are several lurkers and a hut with a bed in it.
