Riddle from a Rapax Templer...need a hint with this one

I just defeated the summon earth rocks in the Rapax Castle after signing on as an initiate, and now I have to answer a riddle that begins like this: "Although I am always with you..."

I've tried almost fifty posibilities without success. Unfortunately I was never good with riddles. But if you can throw me a hint I'll maybe figure it out.

*digs through notes*

Aha! The answer is "skin". It's always with you.

...And from there on I figured out the two following riddles. Thanks, Val! I always have trouble putting riddles into context. This time I should've being paying closer attention to the woman's preliminary words, but her voice was so sensuously intoxicating that I was distracted... Anyway. At first, the "red river" sounded like blood, thus I went from one body part to the next. Somehow I missed "skin". It's pretty obvious now -- as I expected it would be.
