is that auctualy any way to get into the dungeon below the castle? i havent been able to figure out any way to get in...

I guess you are meaning the area below Gomez's building. You can only open the door leading to it with certain keys, and (the following information is spoiler)
You need to be in a later chapter to get the keys, by beating up one of the most powerful characters in the game, you guess--Gomez and Bartholos.

If you mean the dungeon's location... enter the guard barracks, walk through the hallway until you reach the end, turn right and walk down.

Yep! Like they said.
The Store Room below the castle you can enter only much later. The dungeon you can enter when Thorus lets you in to see Gomez, but you still won't be able to enter the individual cells in the dungeon still... until later... |
