I don't know if anyone else has posted about this incredible item, i havn't seen anything about it.

Necromancers Amulet

Constant Effect

Resistance to Weapons 25%
Regenerate Health 1
Fortify Intelligence 25
Absorb Magic 25 points.

You get this item off of the Mage's Guild leader in Vivec, you have to kill him as far as i know, there may be another way to get it, but i don't know of it. His name is Tenebrious or something like that. Its the best item i've seen in the game aside from the Robe of St Roris. Its not quite as stupidly powerful, but 25 points of constant magic absorbtion is amazing.
