Fighters guild quest - Ashlands/Fort Moonmouth
   

I have received this quest for the fighters' guild from Eydis Fire-Eye(or whoever) in Balmora; I must kill someone, don't remember name, somewhere in the ashlands close to fort moonmouth.

Where is Fort Moonmouth? I do NOT have it on my map. What is the best route to find it?

Also, how do I soultrap? I guess it's a spell or scroll. Where can I aquire these, members of mage's guilds won't barter with me or give me scrolls because I'm not a member. I have some nice stones, but they are worthless w/o trapped souls...
