| Just how long has gothic 2 been out? |

Because I just saw the review for it on X-play a couple of weeks ago. Thats what made me get it. But If it just came out isnt it a bit soon for an expansion pack to be coming out?

Its been out for months in the US, and probably close to a year in Europe.

First release of the (German language) original was by the end of November 2002, the UK version followed about half a year later IIRC, and the US version hasn't been out for too long now.
The (German language) add-on has been released a few months ago.
