i just finished the amulet quest and need to find a dragon to slay
1) where is the first dragon
2)who can teach me how to remove its heart ?

Be sure you have talked to Oric first about the swamp dragon. After that, refer to this map. The first dragon, Pandrodor the Swamp Dragon, is located at the green dot.

You have already learned how to remove dragon's heart after Pyrokar hands you the Eye of Innos.
