I do not accept same sex marriage. (I am now talking about men)
Its annoying for other men who are not gay that other men are looking at you smileing and trying to get there hands on you etc.
I had something like that once.
Me and my friend were going to some school were my friend had to go to. (i tough im going with him)
When we got into class and were listening, some other guy was laughing, winking at us and all that stuff.
Thats why i dont accept gay men, but gay woman well i dont mind. |

Well, I've been annoyed by this stuff myself, mostly by guys trying to get a feel (I am female).
But I'm not against heterosexual marriage just because some guys are gropers ^_^. Groping and marriage have no relation to each other. The groping thing is a matter of manners, that's all, and people without manners regarding my personal space will have to live with *my* bad manners, black eye and all.
A friend of mine - female as well - shattered some guy's teeth with a beer mug because he started a groping attack without her consent... served him well.
He could still marry whomever he wanted, other sex or same sex, I don't care. _________________ Jaz |

You can acquire AIDS in a heterosexual marriage (or in hospital, for that matter) as well. Got nothing to do with the marriage part. _________________ Jaz |

Are you actually insinuating thats AIDS originates from homosexuals, simply because it was primarily discovered in homosexuals (and junkies)? _________________ Like some bold seer in a trance;

I believe marriage is between a man and a woman only. I dont hate gays. I do support civil unions. Since it gives the same rights as marriage. |

Same here. I think homosexuals should have something similar to matrimony, but it should be slightly different and be called something else. I do agree they should have the same rights as married couples. _________________ OMG! WTF?! MONKEYS!!!!

I believe that if it's safe to everyone else, and it makes you happy, go with it. We don’t have enough time on Earth to fight about petty things like this.
Also, this has no place in political discussions like I've seen so much lately. This is a decision to be left with the individual churches. We are supposed to have government based around separation of church and state, we even have New Secular Order printed on our dollar bills. You know, right next to In God We Trust. (Truly American)
I read something about Satanism in the thread. Satanic cults have actually been changed dramatically over the years. Satanist were originally nothing more than scientists and scholars who believed that the world would benefit from an enlightenment in the arts and sciences. They only became "Satanists" through their belief that science should prevail over religion, and because they followed Lucifer which means the holder of light in Latin (hence the enlightenment). The idea of animal sacrifice and such only came around when the Catholic church decided to prevent a following of the order. They promoted the idea that Satanists slaughtered animals and sacrificed themselves only to prevent a new religion and a loss of their power. There has been al ot of argument over the subject, but you can find information on it if you look. |
