| few questions :heavy dragon armor , black troll etc.. |

1) im in chapter 5, i would like to have a better armor..than my medium dragon scale thingie
i thought bennet would make me the heavy one when i gave him eggs and dragon scale..but he only made a medium armor.
so i ve read i gotta go the the 'secret library' in the monestary..i go down, found a switch on a lamp...killed all the skeletons..then i arrive at a locked door.. and i have no idea where to find the key..
2)how can i sleep or accelerate time without a bed?? (very boring..)
3)what s the use of the magic hammer in monestary??
(exept for the judge quest..)
4) is there anyway to bind key for potions ?
(not cool to go in inventory when u fight 
5) it s there a good tactic to kill this lame black troll
im level 25 , medium dragon scale armor + a 2 hand sword 80/80 (dam i suffered to get it.. at lvl 14)
(haven t tried yet at this level..just wanna know)
6)
so far i haven t learned brew potion, create rune and forge..
would it be useful to me? im a mercenary 100% 2 hands weap ..=)
7) where can i find magic ore ?
i ve found some simple 'ore' that i could pick up but no magic
i saw the box that diego ,marco and the otther one protect but cant pick up..
i have to say i really like this game BUT it need improvements in fight..i mean it s relly not well made...especially when u fight several ennemies
how many times i died cose i 'lose track' of my ennemy ..
aslo why the hell cant we straf normaly.instead of running in circle..
it s ok when u are used to it of course but yet, a better custmization of the keys would be cool..
anyway sorry for my poor english

This armor is only available if you are a paladin.
2) you can do it in marvin mode by typing "SETI" and the time.
3) It is a mages guild quest object, needed to slay a particular creature.
4) You can open the gothic.ini file and set "usePotionKeys=1" then typing "H" restores health and "P" restores mana as long as you have these potions in your inventory.
5) With trolls and dragons get right up close to it and stay there syinging away. Keep pushing the up arror to stay as close as you can. If they can step back from you you will pay for it.
6) Yes it can never hurt to learn this. Go see the herb witch Sagitta, shee will teach you if you get her a special plant that only grows in black troll droppings. Then she can teach you to make all of the potions.
7) There are two tall towers south of Onar's farm sitting up on a mountain top. There are 5 pieces of magic ore in a cave here guarded by a few minecrawlers. Just kill the bandit at the bridge there and ignore the rest of them.

are u sure about the armor ?
it would be logic as a dragon hunter that i get the heavy dragon armor..
i already had the light and the medium one.
also what about the key of the secret chamber in monestary?
where do i get it?

araikas you learn how to make the hvy dragon hunter armor in the secret library if you're a dragon hunter, if you're a paladin you learn how to make the rune to get to whereever the paladin armor is, and for the magicians i havn't got a damn clue
edit: and i think the key is on one of the skeleton bodies |

AH, thanks for the info, I never found the Heavy dragon when I went through the game as a mercenary.

If you know how, then you can do it already with a level as low as 4-6. What you do is you run at the troll and pass him at the right side to get at his hindquaters. There you strafe with the Autofocus in a way that you will always stay at the back of the troll. To hit him you just have to press the left mouse button. It will take some time with a low level character to kill him, but it is possible. If you think you cannot get to the trolls backside fast enough eat some snapperweed for a short speed burst.

I killed the Black Troll by casting a Summon Skeleton scroll and ran circles around the Troll while the Skeleton whacked it to death.  |
