The Witcher: Preview @ Silven

Silven Crossroads has kicked up a preview of the rather attractive new development from CDProjekt, 'The Witcher':
The game is set in a fantasy world created by best-selling Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski and features the player as a “Witcher”, a warrior who has been trained to fight since childhood. He earns a living killing monsters and is a member of a brotherhood that was founded long ago to protect the people of the land from the undead, werewolves, and a host of other beasts… but for a price. After all, nothing in the world, even a fantasy world, is truly free.

I am a great fan of Sapkowski's books and I can tell you from what I see on screens/e3 trailer that this game wiill be a must-have when it is released

Wow! This game sure looks cool! Monster slaying, hack and slash... this looks to be the next Diablo if CDProjekt can pull it off well. I hope it comes out soon. Need to satisfy my monster slaying desires after watching Van Helsing
