use + turn right/left = 1 item
use + strafe right/left = 10 items
shift + use + strafe right/left = 100 items

I put 2 creditcards to hold down Ctrl and the arrow....it took forever

what would we do whid out creditcards

it took abt 20 min to take the 105k blades. i litterally taped down the control and right button and walked away.

Yeah, I read that book only about a month ago. I really enjoyed the writer's style, and all the running jokes, though I got tired of them by the end.
