| How To Enchant Item With Constant Effect? |

The subject says it all. I need my strength to exceed 100 because everytime I loot items from a cave I have to go back numerous times because I can only carry 500 weight. I have found a ring with 10 to willpower and intelligence but nothing for strength so far.

You need a charged soul gem that has a soul with a value of 400 or more. Vivec, Golden Saints, or Ascended Sleepers will work fine.
