I'm doing this quest for the mage guild. I have to find a person who hasn't been paying their dues to the guild, they are apparently in Pelagiad, but I can't find them anywhere. Where should I be looking?

You're looking for Punabi, which is sorta kinda far from Pelagiad (you might want to take a second glance at your journal). It's much easier to find by starting at the Dwemer "dungeon" near Fort Moonmoth and heading east.

I also sugest Journal, there should be written where is this Punabi. I just want to add that it is cavern with small entrace, that you can easily miss.
If you will continue up around Fort Moonmoth and around old Dwemer ruins. Follow this road and when you will come on the cross near large complex of buildings (I do not know its name), go to the left around lake and after short time you will have entrance to Punabi on your right. |
