I deleted the file and played the game again on chapter 3 and no difference?
Is it a Image, or NPC change it effects?

Yep, when the chick in gomez's room bathes, there's no bikini on her..
btw, is it just me, or is there even some pubic hair that shows?? Seems to flash really quickly when the chick turns over on her back.. ??
