Finding a town. Please help.
   

I need to find a town called Shara. Supposedly I am to follow the road south of Dagon Fel, past a dwemer ruin, than go west, come to a branch in the road and go south west to the coast the town is south. I need to kill someone there for the morag tong. I cannot find this town to save my life and I have been EVERYWHERE in the area. Anyone know where this is?

Shara is not a town it is one of those orange domes.
On the same island as Dagon Fel on the west coast to the south is Shara you can see it on your map (paper) when you get to the dome you must head north-west to find the entrance it is in the north face of a nearby hill.
I think.
