What makes games so desirable?

I pu this on the off topic section but no one replied. I want to know something. I used to be a gamer about 6 months ago....I want to know what makes games so desirable. What makes them so fun. I truly lost it all. I no longer play games. I was disgusted with myslef 6 months ago. I was spending an insane amount of time thinking about and playing games. I always saw that when i stopped I looked like a zombie. my eyes were always bloodshot and i was always tired cuz of it. Im not bashing anyone who does play games but i just want to know what keeps you guys to it. Do you no see that we are all starting to stare at our screens for hours on end doing nothing but moving a mouse. From a fellow gamer goodbye games...but from a lover of life and nature, hello love, life, people, and the rest. I truly happy w/o games.

My ideal lifestyle is a mix between real life and escapism. Engage with the world for part of the day, escape into fantasy for part of the day.

Unfortunately, escapism tends to get a bit more attention than real life, but I'm working on it!

A human brain has rational parts, animal parts, and parts in-between, and all of them need feeding...

@Guest
Please do not post the same topic in multiple forms. Since this post has nothing to do with Morrowind, it ends right here.

Please continue discussion at thisthread, Thank you.
