Im stuck in miners & ore mission

So , i joined the militia .. went to the castle in valley of mines.
There i get my quest called 'Miners & Ore' (think so) where I need to find 3 groups of miners and find out how much ore they mined.

Now , I found 2 miners (the one camp alone and the first tower camp where u can take someone with u) , I just cant find out how much the third camp has mined.

I find fernando or something dead carrying a letter "Diego has safely stored the mine away blabla" .. but where do I find diego? I looked for so long now im a level 16 cozz of slaying all those lizards & orcs (and I entered as a level 7)

Can plz someone help me ?

Diego is in some small remote place, ask Jergon or something, the Rogue looking guy at Fajeth's Ore Camp.

Mission spoilers for everyone who hasn't found the other groups (or a map of the area) yet:

IIRC this map features the key locations for said mission.
