I am in Sleperīs temple and just I killed a guard of Cor Colom, but the crates again block my way. Please how can I proceed further?

I think you mean a metal gate blocks you're way. If you are where I think you are there should be two rooms near there. One you can go in and one you can't. Go in the one that you can and get your bow out. There is a spot on the wall that you have to shoot at. The bow will automatically aim there. Once you shoot it run to the edge of the room because there will be spikes.
Once the spikes are gone you will hear a rumbling sound. That is a wall coming down. Use a torch or a light spell and you will see a hole in the wall. In that hole is another thing you have to shoot. Once you shoot this the second room will be open to you. Inside this room are three switches. If you press them in the right order the metal gate will open if you press them in the wrong order a demon will appear. You can get a lot of experience if you keep doing it wrong and killing these demons.
