GAH!!! how to insert lost items? console command?

Ive screwed up...I know i know. My bad.

I cant located the damn Skull or the the damn book in vivec mages guild(one in the closet that your going to steal).

Can some one tell me how to insert these items in my game again.

I have worked on my character since the game landed on the shelfs.

Is there an console command?

the construction set is an option my m8´s said but I cant use it. And it looks to hard for my simple mind to learn the set

Plz tell me I dont need to restart!

Well AddItem is one way...dont know what the name of the book or skull is but. Maybe you recognize tehm in here......SPOILER!!!!! THE M O T H E R OF ALL CHEATING!!!!!...etc,etc and so on...jadajadajada......Evil plot muhammed, jadajada DONT LOOK IF YOU DONT WANT TO....tempting me with all this! damn pound wacker..:SPPPPOOOIIILLLER!!! And so forth!
