Canthar; the one that gives you the pass for the favor.
Is it a good choice to to take the pass ???
And if yes; should i turn Lana in or him later on with his favor ???

So it's or better weapons and paying 500gps to every merchant, or not getting better weapons but also not paying 500gp to every merchant ???
Isn't there anything to do not to pay 500 gp or another merchant to go to that does have a weapon upgrading thingy every chapter???

you dont pay 500 gold to ever merchant. just canthar...and the fact is you dont need the machants really, in chap 3 upwards... other places to get your stuff...

If you help canthar, you get little XP and 100 gold... And you dont get any new weapons off him... (whoch doesnt really matter...)

If you help sarah, you get good XP, 100 gold, very good started weapon, best you can get in chap 1...and its free! AND updated weapons every chapter (which doesnt really matter) so on the whole thats the best option. Now if you look at the down side, you have to pay 500 gold to get access to the other marchants in the square...

500 gold when your in chap 3 is NOTHING!!!!!!!! lol so that doesnt matter, and with the added fact that you dont really need merchants in chap 3... well you see what I mean...

I think Sarahs the best option, as the things you get off helping her help you MUCH more in the earlier stages, and when it gets to canthar demanding money, you wont even notice 500 gold missing...

You can also just murder Canthar when he's in jail. If you're careful, no one will ever care. Or if the guard does notice, just beat him up and cast oblivion on him, and that's the end of that.
