Mordrag keeps telling me that I could get a patch to be a magician's courier if I was "one of us", well, I am one of them, as a matter of fact I am a mercenary now. And he said the same thing when I was a rogue. I still haven't finished chapter 2 yet, so should I just be patient, or is there someone I need to talk to that I haven't. I wan't to get into the castle at the old camp, I have a letter that I need to get the the fire mages right away. Please don't spoil me, if I should just be patient and ignore Mordrag's ridiculous dialog about needing to join the new camp to be a courier just tell me to be patient. But if there is someone I need to talk to but haven't, um...well just tell me that I need to talk to some more people.

And just as a pre-emptive reply to some of the more interesting board regulars...I don't think jamming my sword up Mordrag's arse is gonna help, and this really has nothing to do with Mud's pink teddy.

Try to think about the job you want to have. What would be realistic? Could Mordrag decide that?

Good point, I guess what I was thinking is that like many other things in the game the person who first told you something was possible if you do something usually changes what they say when you have gotten to the point where you have done that thing and then gives you direction on how to proceed. So I was hoping Mordrag would say something like "Hey now that you are one of us you need to go talk to Lares, or Lee, or so & so if you want to be a courier for the magicians". Oh well, I think I have figured out who to talk to despite Mordrag's buggy dialog, thanks for the reply.

or just raise your sword outside the gate where thorus and his guards are at. And when they draw their weps and tell you to put yours down, they forget all about stopping you from getting into the castle. Its a lot cheaper than paying thorus.
