Diablo 2: Patch 1.11 Has Gone Live
   

As announced on Friday (<a href="http://www.rpgdot.com/index.php?hsaction=10077&newsid=40570">story</a>), Blizzard has now released the 1.11 patch for 'Diablo II'. More details about the patch can be found right <a href="http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=adt01827p" target="_blank">here</A> and there's also a new <a href="http://www.blizzard.com/diablo2/wallpapers/wall28.shtml" target="_blank">wallpaper</a> to spice up the patch release.<blockquote><em>The Lords of Terror, Hatred, and Destruction lurk once more in the bowels of the world, their vile blood galvanized with the thirst for revenge against the Heroes who have thwarted their dark reign. <br> <br>Can the stalwart Paladins, lightning-quick Assassins, and ferocious Barbarians rise to this new challenge? Damn, that Andariel wallpaper is sweeet!
Too bad they had to put that stupid "Call to heroes, etc." lettering on it

I might just have to run thru DII again (for like the 4th time) just to see the changes for myself, it's been awhile. My mouse finger is gettin' twitchy

That wallpaper is pretty nice and I still have the 1.10 wallpaper somewhere, I think... (Though that one was different) That Andariel lookalike is Lilith, a new boss somewhere in the game.

Actually, I didn't know that there was another patch coming (I wouldn't delete DII if I knew). It's incredible how much that game has changed after all those patches!

A day has passed, and now I really want to play this again! Arrgh! Why is this game so addictive?!

The Diablo series is addictive because it is easy to play yet difficult to master.
