Sleeper Bug Or No?

hi
heres my problem im at the sleeper and i stabed 4 hearts and for some
reason it wont let me open the last one up to stab it, do i have to do anything to make the last one open up?? if not is it some bug i got.
i saved every time i stabed a heart but now i the last one it wont let me,
hate to find out its a bug when im at the end of the game.do i have to finish all the quest for me to stab the 5th heart?

Double check your inventory and make sure the fifth sword is still there... if it isn't then you've dropped it somewhere and you'll need to find it or insert it.

Exactly. A few people had such a bug. It´s no big deal, you only need to reinsert the resp. sword.
