What do I have to do to get into chapter 3?
Is there some kind of level requirement or some important quest I have to complete?

And please, don't tell anything about the events after the 3rd chapter!!!

Chapter 3 starts after the great invocation of the Sleeper. Talk to Cor Angar and I think this starts the third chapter.

I would suggest going over to the Sect Camp and talking to everyone and see what happens

Talas is a Novice in the Sect Camp who guides you to the black goblins who stole the almanac and the Orc Cemetary.

You'll find him in the Temple courtyard of the swamp camp.

But if you still have business to take care of with HIM, then don't worry about chapter 3 for a little while; you've got a ways to go yet.
