I've done 3 of the needed 4 quests with the Baals, but can't get Lester to move. I'm sure there must be a way to get him to liven up. I heard him say something like "I'll be here if you need me, otherwise I'll be back by the front of the camp." What do I need to do?
Is there someone other than the Baal by the front that I can impress? I've already done the swamp weed quest, the sleep spell quest, and the bring-a-new member to camp quest. What else is there? Please give me as many answers as you can! I'm stuck and don't want to have to start over or use someone else's savegame.
Is there a command line solution to this?

Ask Lester to guide you to some place in the psi camp. He'll take you where you wanna go. Just follow him. Then start a conversation with him once you've reached your destination. He'll let you know how to impress the Baal that's hanging around near the entrance to the camp.
If you have already taken a guided tour just wait. Lester will eventually walk back to the entrance. If he does, start all over again and take a guided tour and then talk to him.

The other quest involves getting some special weed from the new camp (given at end of weed selling quest as reward) and then give it to the Baal infront of the temple.

If Lester is completely frozen and won't respond to you (as happened to me), there's a way to unstick him (you'll have to cheat a bit).
Activate the 'marvin' cheat. Press F2 and type insert lest... the rest should auto fill in for you. I book should appear. Read the book and Lester will reappear at the front of the camp and will no longer be stuck.
