Finding Zandalor
   

So, how do you get Rob in the thieves guild to tell you about where Zandalor is? When I talk to Rob I can't ask him about it.

I am not sure in what part of game you are. But if I am right, you need to find entrance into Stormfist castle underground and you need go trought sewers.
I just looked around there (you have red flag in this sewers entrance on your map) and sooner or later you will find entrance into castle underground and there you will find what you are looking for.
