is there some way to open it? Lockpicks don't work.

You need the key, wich you arent able to get until around chapter 6.

I'm in chapter 6.
You mean the key from Gomez or Raven?
I have their keys since I killed them, but still can't open the door.
I can open all the other doors/chests.

It might be the bard that have it.

Its one of the four doors in the dungeon.

Now I know, since I just repeatd it.
The bard have it.

You defenitly know when you are allowed to take him out.

I just tried it again, doesn't work.
The key from Bartolo (same as your 'bard'?) opens the ore baron's cellar... so it says in inventory.
I still can't open that door next to where Skip stands.

I have killed all the Guards and have not found a key to open the door. If Skip has it and I think he does…forget it. You can’t hurt him. Maybe Gorath will come up with some tasty tidbit of info that will point us in the right direction.

You did? I beat the shit out of him with every weapon in my arsenal and it had no effect.

Rule of Ghotic:
Until the NPC's have made their "plot-required" role in their game they can be hurt by any weapon.

Thats correct, since you find your 'true ticket' into the Old Camp next to the Ore Armor.
