Is there any in game maps or a site to print one in english.I did not want to pay 250 to map man in harbor area.

Beat him up and take it. He will not mind. A quirky bug/exploit. Sell it back to hime for free cash, rinse and repeat. He always forgives you.
I made a Mod to stop these exploits and make game tougher and more balanced - including beat him up, he fights back with heavy bandit armor and a weapon or spell; then he will not do business with you until you pay the fine.
But I thought the add-on would have been out back then by now. Which cleans up alot of small loose ends buglets.

Yes, very probably on gamesweb forum. But, you will soon enough find out that 250 gp-s is not such a drastic expense. Beating him up is still an option...
