Is it possible to change NPCs waypoints and that they would go there where you say them to. Oh and can you insert houses so you can live in them.

About the houses. In the new camp you can kick out shrike and have on. In the old camp a guy near the arena tells you that you can take one of the huts.

You cannot insert houses. As for assigning other waypoints to NPCs on the fly (i.e., in cheat mode)... I tried that once, but it didn't work.
