Test of fire Bugged?

Please help

I tried redoing this couple of times but i still cant become a fire mage.

WHatever i do the mage who teaches rune recepies wont teach me how to make a fire arrow rune!

I bring him blank rune ( after completing 1st 2 tests) and sulphur but when i talk to him there is NO dialog options to learn how to craft runes. WHat am i doing wrong i cant become a fire mage

Please - anything i can do ?

Have you read the books in the library? Maybe you need to know the ingredients first. And a fire arrow spell scroll is needed too.

Are you sure you have the right mage?? Because almost any of them can teach you rune recipies (most of them only when you have joined the order), so who is the mage that teaches rune recipies. You should talk to Hyglas, he is in the right side of the library. He is the only one who will learn you how to make the rune.

Lol i must be blind - i thought i just needed sulphur and blank rune

Hyglas is the mage to talk to. When the dialog appears, select ( teach me how to make arrow rune ) even if you do not have all the ingredients. You only need all the ingredients when you actually are making the rune at the rune table.
