Does anyone know how to turn off weather?
   

The sandstorms look great and all but I really prefer exploring on sunny days. Is there a console command to turn off weather effects?

Doubt it, but why not do it with the editor? Or, even better, download the already made 'clear weather' mod, which you can find in the mod-depot.
