Im waiting for my stronhold to be finished, but the guy near it only says, "it will be done soon"... i have rested there for like 2 weeks, he keeps saying the same thing.  |

I believe if you ascend ttthe nwtower stairs within the castle true, you should find the Duke surrounded by a few followers and bodyguards. |

o answer the initial post it takes a few weeks before it is complete, I had to check in on the completion once so maybe do that, then report back to whoever is incharge of your house getting built. Anywways after it is done a journal entry is made saying your stronghold is complete so don't worry, just go do other things and you'll know when it is done.
The Duke is in the Tower on the left hand side , on the far WEST side of Ebonheart. just go as far right s you can in Ebonheart then go up the stairs in the left tower he is there along with GrandMaster of House Hlaalu a guard or 2 and some other who guy. |
