Morag Tong Grandmaster Writs
   

Does anyone know how long you have to wait after finishing the main quest or becoming Morag Tong Grandmaster to get the Morag Tong Grandmaster Writs?
I have done both of these things but I can't seem to get the writs. I killed some writ-targets before I even asked for the writs, does this prevent me from getting the Grandmaster Writs?
