Thief Guild

I have heard many people talking about the thief guild. 2 questions:

If you join it can you still be in the 3 regular guilds.
And is it easy to find it or is it hidden in some forest or something.

you can join any of the regular guilds andstill be part of the theifs guild.
I think there are secret tunnels around khorinis or something which lead to the theifs guild HQ

There is but the door is locked you need a key.

If I remember good after a quest the someone tells you to go after the fish shop, a member of the thieves guild is waiting there to fight you, beat him and get his key.. Ask about it to Lares -> He'll say you something about seawater and tunnels under khorinis..
