Haven't been here for quite some while now, been playing some great games like Raven Shield and Tenchu 3 on PS2, still waiting like all you people for GOTHIC 2

I can't understand what the hell Jowood is taking so FREAKING long.
all we want is enter that cool world of Gothic II and explore it, do whatever the hell we want..but that crapass jowood is keeping us from doing that....what is taking them so long???

anyway, i've recently bought a new CPU, a AMD XP 1800 +
i'd like to try out the Gothic II demo on it, which site is fast and has the demo for download?

I have set up a petition for the release of Gothic 2, English version. If you would like to help, go here:

http://65.67.135.131/gothic2petition/index.php

and sign the petition.

The site automatically emails JoWood each time a multiple of 50 signatures are received.

Get signing people!

The ways things are going I'm gonna say G2 will be out late May through to mid June. I'm just tired of JoWood and its BS I'm still gonna buy the game because it's Gothic 2. Unless JoWood releases the next Gothic then I'm not going to buy another game from them. This is ridicules!!!!!!!!

Release date

Well....found a new release date supplied by ebgames. Look at this link to see the bad news http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/categories/products/deptpage.asp?wherefrom=search&searchword=gothic%202 Now I don't know why there is such a large discrepancy between ebgame's release date and amazon's release date, but I am sure that there is a good reason. I hope that the game does come out this 17th but the likelihood of that happening is slim. But hey, what are you going to do? Whether it is released today or a year from now this game will still be wonderful. Oddly enough Jowood still has their release date set as Q2/2003 which is composed of months April-June, month 8 or August is in Q3. So take this for what it is worth, I just hope that this uncertainty clears up some time soon
