The sequel of Daggerfall?

Well I have heard only the best for Morrowind and I am really anxious to get my hands on it...I am curious though since I haven't played Daggerfall if I will have any problem following Morrowind's story or losing from the atmosphere...Is this true? How close connected are they? And by the way , does anyone know where can I find Daggerfall?(I've only played a demo and I would like to play the whole game too..)..
Thanks everyone in advance..

No need to know Daggerfall to enjoy Morrowind.

The connection between them is that both take place on the same world, allbeit on different areas (morrowind is a relativelt small province, while DF was HUGE but generic). I suspect there are plenty of easter-eggs for those who know DF, but it is absolutely unneeded to play DF to enjoy MW.

TES:Arena is abandonware, and can be freely downloaded here:

However, Daggerfall is NOT abandonware and I wont give links to warez sites. Enjoy:)

Your best bet is to get a copy on ebay, there always used to be several on sale there.
Its a greatgame if you can look past the pixelated graphics, and bring a bit of imagination on your part.
The official boards (past games forum) have lots of hints and tips on how to get the stuff running on modern systems, in case you run into problems.

Oh and: if you want backgound information on the elder scrolls go here:
