I bought a land deed from the treasury guy in vivec

I bought a land deed from the treasury guy in vivec.
It says Rentha Manor or something is in the northeast of river odai south of balmora.
Does this mean I have a house somewhere?
Did anyone buy it and find the place?

Thanks alot for your help.

You bought the land deed for a stronghold you can get through advancing in the Great House Hlaalu. In order to get the manor you purchased the land deed for you need to advance in House Hlaalu, then it will tell you to go buy a land deed (which you already have) and get a constuction contract from the Duke in Ebonheart. Then they will begin work on it.

To get there go south from balmora, stay on the west side of the river odai, pass up the eggmine and bridge keep going, its up on your right handside. Not too far from balmora but not close enough to make it a strategic place to live
