There is a chest on an outdoor deck of the old fort near the brotherhood camp. It isn't pickable and I haven't found any keys around. Is there one nearby?

This is the old fort with the lever that opens the bookcase to a room with 3 skeletons in it.

Yes, there are a key. However, if you cannot reach it, its most likely that you are not on the "find focuses quest". If you arent, go do something else, and you can return later for that chest.

what? no man..... the key is down by the secret door by the bookcase on the first floor of the castle. you get it in a chest right there i think, maybe on the floor somewhere.
