I have 19 swords on me. Is there a way to SELL these (or anything else for that matter) without going into trade mode? What if trader shows no ore in his inventory? Thanks |

No way but trading. If a trader has no ore in his inventory you'll have to trade your stuff for other things he has. _________________ Jaz |

It doesn't really matter since you have an unlimited inventory. Traders will get more ore every chapter but it won't be enough for you to trade everything for ore. I wonder if it makes the game slower having lots of things in your inventory. If you want to put some stuff away you can use your chest in the new camp. Don't use old camp. (You will find out later why)
I think you can actually put your items in any chest but I arn't sure. The npcs never seem to take anything out or put anything in the chest.
I think you can also just put the items on the ground. _________________ =Moderator of The RPGDot Shadows=

Yes, you can put things in any chests you want.
As for the inventory control, it's hard to look for items. I hope this would be improved in G2. _________________ =Farseer=

Did you do the quest "Shrike's Hut" in chapter 1? Well, if you didn't do it, the hut is very obvious. Just stand in front of the cave entrance, the hut is the isolated one located in the middle. _________________ =Farseer=

I was wondering if you ever get a hut in the sect camp. I've been running around looking. I'm a templar but still no hut. _________________ =Moderator of The RPGDot Shadows=

If you're a templar, you can enter the templars' huts with no trouble (treat them as your huts! Maybe you can find an extra bed or so) _________________ =Farseer=

Whats so special about the hut behind fortuno. I only sleep in huts with a proper bed and matress not just a piece of cloth. _________________ =Moderator of The RPGDot Shadows=

If you join the SC then you do actually have your own official hut. To find it, just follow Cor Kalom's body guard home--he's your next door neighbor. It's the hut just over the bridge from the alchemy lab. It only has one bed, which is on legs, unlike most of the other huts with the grass mats. The bed is against the back wall next to a fireplace if I'm remembering right. _________________ ''Perhaps I'm old and tired but I always think that the chances of finding out what really is going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say hang the sense of it and just keep yourself occupied. It's been a long time since I played the SC but if I remember right the bed looks like a regular bed. I can't remember if it has a mattress or not... I doubt it though. I don't think that even Y'Berion's bed had a mattress (It's a virtual bed anyway! ).
I know for sure that Cor Kalom's body guard showed me to my hut. I think that Kalom told me to go with the templer after he accepted me as a novice... but I can't remember for sure. It might have been Cor Angar but I'm pretty sure it was Cor Kalom.

I used arrows and bolts as well as ore for currency since they are all worth '1'. You buy them for one and sell them for one just like ore. My game slowed to a slide show when my inventory got too large, especially in high polly busy areas, like the hollow or in dungeons. Converting my inventory to arrows, bolts and ore allowed me to drop my entire inventory in three lumps if I entered an area that caused a frame hit. After I finished with the area I would just pick them up again and continue on. _________________ ''Perhaps I'm old and tired but I always think that the chances of finding out what really is going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say hang the sense of it and just keep yourself occupied.
