Tribunal..journal filter...did I miss something here?

Well, I'm finally getting my computer back to order (It did more damage than I thought) and decided to play a little Morrowind before Gothic II comes to the states. I installed Tribunal and, according to the small manual, the journal has a small button in the lower left hand corner that allows you to filter your quests. I can't seem to find this button on the journal. Am I missing something here? The opening of the game shows Morrowind and Tribunal so I know the game is installed correctly, so where is this quest filter?

There should be an Options option there that will pull up an alphabet list of quests, and on that page there should be a Quests option that will show you a list of your open quests.

You should also now have a yellow health bar for your opponents, are you also missing that?
