Graphics question
   

I have a GF3 Ti200. Is that a good enough card to get the cool water effects? If so, how do I go about getting to work like that? I've tried going into the GF3 tab under Advanced Display settings, and even downloaded the GeForceTweek program, but I can't seem to increase detail. Any advice?
