How do you see how much Enchantment an Item can take?
   

EDIT**NEVERMIND, I DID SOMETHING UNHEARD OF, I READ MY MANUAL**

If anyone knows how to see the enchant value of something, please tell. I have 60,000 & 80,000 soul gems and want to create a constant effect item but can't tell how much an item can be enchanted. If it's the Armor Rating, I use heavy @ skill 100. Thanx for any help.
