i think i made a crude sword. and i wanna now uf u can make different swords some how?

You can only make one type of swords. PB promised to improve this in G2.

Yes, you made a crude sword. No, you can't make any other kind of sword.  Yes, you can make money from making then selling your swords.  You can only make so many swords before the smithy runs out of raw steel to sell ya. 
PB promises more fun with sword making in Gothic 2. In the mean time... just make the best crude sword you can

There is a trick to double the stuff used for making swords in your inventory.
Highlight the tool your going to use. Normally press 'Crrl'+ up.
Not this time. Open your inventory select thitem you would normaly use with that tool. Now press 'Ctrl'+ Up. Now the items have doubled. Now you can make as many swords as you want.
