When u head out of the castle in the direction of Diego there is a gate way thing with some orc flag poles , u can click on the one on the left, but i keep getting " dont have right item " .i,ve tried axes and saws even tried my sword to get it can some one enlighten me about this

I never hear of that one, where exactly were you standing when you did this? Does a name come up when you face it? You have me curious now.

Very interesting!Did you try to burn the flag?Reminds me Gothic1 at the new mine with the torches and at the New Camp where the huts are there is a lamp that you can turn on...but its purpose doesnt really seems logic.

I got curious to see if it could be something else, but it is the flag pole. Wierd, but I think darkweaver is right, I think it's nothing.
Edit:
Went back and thought to use a torch and burn it  . It turns out it's the torch right behind the flag pole. It looked like the hero tried to light it.
